Biscotti

Hey guys,
Today in class chef naim teach us how to make biscotti.Biscotti are italian biscuits that originated in the city of Prato.They are twice baked,ablong-shaped,dry, and crunchy.This is the recipe.


Ingredients:

Egg Whites 160 g
Caster Sugar       100 g
A pinch of salt
Vanilla Essence  2/4 tsp
Plain flour  100 g
Rice flour   40 g
Almonds  100 g



Method:

1. In mixing bowl,Whisk egg white until it bubbles.
2. Then,add sugar and salt and whisk again.Until it turns into meringue
3. Add vanilla essence,mix well
4. Lastly,fold in flours and almonds.mix until well combined.
5. Pour batter into a pans.Bake in oven at 160 until it pales.Take it out.
6. After that slice it thinly and bake it again until it loses it’s paleness.

This is simple recipe that I have learn.And this my first time to make this biscotti.I like this recipe because the all ingredients of this recipe easy to prepared.
